Mike Tipton

Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Mike Tipton is NCM's Vice President of Sales & Marketing who is responsible for the sales and marketing efforts of the organization.

Mike believes that collaboration is essential to the health and success of a business. Empowering others to succeed by leveraging their strengths for the betterment of themselves and their customers is really where the magic happens!

Mike has been in Business Development for close to 20 years, working with clients across a variety of industries to create sustainable and successful sales and marketing strategies. Most recently, he was the Chief Operations Officer at an international wholesale distribution company and was responsible for the day-to-day operations in addition to managing the sales and marketing teams.

Mike has a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Northwest Missouri State University.

Outside of work, Mike spends time with his family as well as writes and performs music in various bands in Kansas City.
